From the tea plantations of Darjeeling and Assam to leading roles at household tea brands, Razi has spent more than two decades shaping how Britain experiences its brews.
With expertise that spans growing, sourcing, blending, and improving sustainability, Razi brings deep respect for every stage of the process, from the soil to your mug. His focus on ethical sourcing and fair partnerships ensures that every sip of Change Brew Co. tea is made with integrity.

For Mike, the perfect brew is part art, part science and all passion. Following in the footsteps of his parents, Mike began his journey on the packaging floor and quickly found his calling in buying and blending.
Over the past 25 years, he’s helped shape the taste of Britain’s best-loved teas and coffees for household names like Morrisons, Asda, and One Cup. With a tasting record that reaches more than 500 cups a day, Mike ensures every Change Brew Co. blend delivers that dependable British balance, strong, smooth, and full of character.
